About Erin Williamson

My passion for HR began when I enrolled in an Organization Development course at Texas A&M and immediately found myself thirsting for more knowledge on how people and organizations work together to achieve amazing results. Flash forward through a Master’s degree in HR and 20 years in the field and today I am now living the dream of partnering with senior management to continuously discover new ways of engaging employees while they reach goals they never dreamed possible. Throughout my career, I was truly blessed with continuous growth opportunities. During my tenure at Schlumberger, I was given an amazing HR education which I then used to run my own HR department at Worldwide Oilfield Machine (WOM). Most recently, I joined the leadership team at Process Insights, and I am thrilled to help this company soar! Along my HR journey I’ve discovered a passion for employee engagement and training (put me in front of a crowd to teach HR topics and watch me come alive), as well as solving HR Compliance challenges. Much to my surprise, I also enjoyed my role in Compensation, where my understanding of how employees are paid was deepened drastically. I think what makes me stand out as an HR professional is the combination of a high level of emotional intelligence combined with a passion for continuous improvement opportunities. I can easily detect where issues lie within the organization and then set out to determine the best way to improve a process or policy for the benefit of all. Most notably, my experience is in the following HR realms: Compliance & Employee Relations, Training, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Compensation, Talent Management and Global Mobility.Overall, I really enjoy getting to know the groups I support and pride myself on being approachable and knowledgeable. I love what I do and that makes it easy to succeed!When I am not at work I spend as much time as I can in our boat, exploring new fishing opportunities with my family. Otherwise, you’ll find me recovering from the hectic schedules of two crazy kids while binge watching chick flicks on Netflix.
