As the Director of Food and Beverage at Team San Jose, I spearhead the execution of food and beverage for the San Jose Convention Center and four other city-owned venues. With more than 15 years of experience in the event and hospitality industry, I am committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maximizing revenue opportunities. My extensive background includes financial and business analysis, account management, and catering operations. I oversee budgeting, contract management, andvendor relations while leading a team of culinary, stewarding and front of house managers as well as a robust event staff. I have successfully executed hundreds of events, ranging from corporate meetings and trade shows to social gatherings and weddings, with high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Additionally, I also have aproven track record in enhancing sales, minimizing costs, and boosting profitability for both my department and the organization.
