About Erin Waddick
Art and being a creative-minded individual has always been a huge part of who I am. I started sketching realistic drawings as a kid, and it quickly became the space where I could truly shine. I spent my early years entering competitions, collecting ribbons, and building a strong foundation in fine art. That passion evolved into a design career when I earned a college scholarship for creating a logo for a made up grocery store and I’ve been building brands ever since.Today, I’m a hands-on Art Director who’s always coming up with ideas, from quick turn concepts to fully developed campaign strategies. Whether I’m storyboarding animations, building a brand from the ground up, or jumping into a last minute project, I stay focused on the goal and get it done with care and precision.I take my work seriously and hold myself to a high standard. I’m not someone who cuts corners. I put thought into every detail because I genuinely care about the outcome and how the work performs out in the world.One of my core strengths is dissecting briefs and uncovering exactly what’s needed to move the needle. I know how to translate business objectives into creative strategies that sell. Strategies that don’t just look good, but drive results.I don’t just lead. I do the work. I concept, design, review, and refine. I’m equally comfortable getting hands-on in the creative process as I am mentoring a team or presenting to stakeholders.I have a strong track record of success and have received glowing feedback from leadership at every company I’ve worked with.
