Currently I am a Junior Recruiter at System One. I am responsible for identifying, engaging, and building a pipeline of potential candidates for open positions. I proactively search for qualified candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and internal databases. I also build connections with candidates through job fairs, phone calls, and emails, establishing relationships to keep them engaged for current and future roles. I work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target candidates with the right skill sets. I screen resumes and profiles, conduct initial interviews or phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications. I do this by managing candidate pipelines and tracking progress in recruiting software or applicant tracking systems like Bullhorn for example. This helps me ensure a steady flow of talent, streamlining the recruitment process, and supporting the hiring team\'s efficiency.
