As part of Chevron’s enterprise-wide Digital Core transformation, I serve as a Business Analyst supporting the design, deployment, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA within the Shale & Tight organization. My focus is on aligning business process requirements with system functionality to enable efficient, standardized, and data-driven operations.In this role, I operate at the intersection of strategy, process, and technology, partnering with senior leadership, functional SMEs, and technical delivery teams to execute an implementation that aligns with Chevron’s long-term vision for operational excellence and digital maturity.My responsibilities focus on enabling strategic outcomes through:Key Contributions- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to map, analyze, and optimize end-to-end business processes across finance, supply chain, maintenance, and production domains- Facilitate requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution validation to ensure system configurations meet operational and compliance needs- Support the deployment and change management activities, ensuring seamless adoption of new digital workflows and SAP S/4HANA capabilities- Partner with technical teams, data leads, and process owners to translate business needs into functional specifications and test cases- Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT), data readiness, training material development, and post-go-live support- Promote continuous improvement and alignment with Chevron’s global Digital Core roadmap, leveraging best practices and lessons learned from previous implementations.Through this work, I\'m helping Chevron unlock the full potential for operational excellence. Enhancing agility, strengthening data-driven decision making, and enabling a more connected, resilient, and future-ready enterprise.
