I\'m an NYC-based creative director, copywriter, storyteller, question-asker, data-lover, trend-spotter, and cross-functional collaborator. I\'m currently providing creative solutions at SaaS company Firstup, executing high-quality content to tell the stories of our customers (Amazon, Ford, the BBC, Hilton, Jetblue, Boeing, Pfizer, and more) as well as working to build an internal culture of storytelling. In a past life, I was a journalist with words in The New York Times, The Daily Beast, ELLE, and elsewhere.

   In this hybrid marketing-communications role at employee engagement software company Firstup, I:• Write and edit clear, engaging copy for 360 marketing campaigns (web, newsletter, social)• Oversee the production of videos, from concepting, to shoot planning, to interviewing on-camera talent, to the editing and feedback process• Manage content calendar to ensure deliverables are created on time, in order to support marketing campaigns• Conduct research and analyze data to inform creative content decisions• Serve as primary point of contact with customers and on-camera talent, taking efforts to build trust to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and to budget• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, CX, and sales to ensure content ladders up to key strategic business initiatives• Manage freelancers• Work closely with content strategist to improve life-span and audience size of content by repackaging it for social and other mediums• Contribute to the evolution of the brand voice and style guide• Regularly present customer stories at Town Hall meetings, to share insights and enable a culture of storytelling across the company• Juggle multiple projects and re-prioritize as necessary to meet needs in a fast-paced and always evolving tech environment
