The Ohio REST Collective works with individual, communities, and organization to promote sustainable transformation through the principles of rest. We provide, opportunities, practices, and tools to support a framework of rest in service of individual and collective transformation. Using the practice environment as the focus for change, our approach is centered in and informed by the principles of transformative justice, a collective of practices and philosophies focused on creating change in social systems.
