Provide oversight and leadership of all Human Resources activities to support the EOE group. Ensure alignment and consistency on the implementation of the global IP HR strategy and service delivery model, through the day-to-day management of HR policies, processes and employee coaching and development. Lead the execution of the HR strategy for 6 staff functions and a significant impact on the achievement of the functional strategy of each group through operational and tactical oversight. Serve as a business partner for Technology, EHS and Supply Chain operations and provides functional leadership to IT, Fiber Supply and Global sourcing through HR Partners
