As a member of the CPA Global Education Team, I help to maintain and update custom-facing help sites and guides for CPA Global products including, Innography, Explorer, FoundationIP, Memotech, Ipendo, Search, Renew, and the IP Platform. Our team works closely with the various product teams to ensure information is kept up to date in response to product releases.In April 2019 I began working with the Innography App Team. Initially, I worked on bug tickets to gain familiarity with the codebase, learning PHP, and strengthening my understanding of JavaScript and React in the process. Starting in 2020 I began working on new features for the product.
