   Responsible for the daily operations of the Branch, including all aspects of a Supervisor of 12 military, civilian, and contractor personnel, and the Branch’s functional lines of operation: strategic, warfighting requirements/management, decision support/tools, and the development and implementation of a balanced Navy Program (~$900B FYDP) throughout all phases of Navy’s and DoD’s Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) System. Promoted to this position, after taking on many needed advisory and supervisory roles in support of the Branch in an extremely demanding, fast-paced environment. Outstanding leadership, strategic mindset, teamwork, organizational, and communication skills with an established network of critical stakeholders, able to foster and develop people and build cohesive teams. Keen ability to align work and products to meet Defense, Navy, and Organizational strategic goals and objectives. Instrumental in realigning the Branch to achieve those objectives, gaining support for development of decision tools to improve Senior Navy Leader decision-making, and developing an analytical and holistic approach to prioritizing resources that support Navy’s contribution to the Joint Force. Requires development, oversight, and management of critical tasks in support of three budgets cycling through the PPBE process, writing papers and developing briefs for N9I, N9, CNO, SECNAV, SECDEF, Professional Staffers, and Congress, ultimately to achieve the resources Navy needs to maximize Naval Power in the decade of concern against its Peer Military Competitors.
