As a member of the Corporate Human Resources leadership team, I provide strategic HR partnership for multiple business units across the Pet Segment: Central Life Sciences’ Professional brands business, Central Home Brands, Equine, Pet Health & Wellness, and our International division (Interpet). I also support the commercial functions: the Consumer Pet Sales team, Pet Marketing, and Digital Marketing. Operating as a true generalist, my role is focused on senior level talent acquisition and onboarding, employee development and performance management, fielding escalated employee relations issues and bringing them to resolution, compensation planning, management coaching, and developing my team to ensure they have the tools and skills to successfully support their businesses. In my time as director, I’ve managed teams ranging from five to fifteen, direct and indirect reports, depending on the business units supported.I am a contributing member of the Central Women in Leadership (WiL) Council and the leadership sponsor of our Schaumburg office culture committee.
