Senior Corporate Portfolio Manager leading Orthopedic and Biologics strategy across a multi-state territory (CO, UT, OK, NM).Since joining MTF Biologics in 2016, I have progressed from Surgical Consultant focusing on the Plastic and Reconstructive space to overseeing Orthopedic and partnered tissue portfolios across multiple specialties. In 2019, I assumed responsibility for a $19M territory and have since expanded it to $30M through disciplined specialty growth and contract-aligned channel strategy.As part of a Nonprofit Tissue Bank, MTF\'s mission is to Save and Heal lives through the gift of donated tissue. My role is to ensure that mission is executed at scale — responsibly, accessibly, and with long-term clinical integrity.I operate at the intersection of:• Mission-driven tissue stewardship• Health system vendor consolidation strategy• Contract-leveraged channel expansion• Distributor partnership alignment• Multi-specialty biologics integrationWith hospital contract status across 99% of facilities in my four-state region, I focus on expanding access while preserving the trust surgeons and hospital systems place in MTF Biologics.Recognized with five consecutive President’s Club awards (2021–2025) and named Corporate Portfolio Manager of the Year (2023), I remain committed to growth that strengthens partnerships, honors donor intent, and delivers durable clinical impact.
