Create and execute approximately 50 diverse events annually, ranging from 10 – 850 attendees, for club youth, families, and membership including monthly, seasonal, and holiday programmingPlan entertainment, décor, food and beverage selections, floor plans, and event needsManage vendor relationships by conducting research and ensuring seamless communication, negotiation, and collaborationGenerate event budgets, schedules, banquet event orders, and profit and loss statements for all events, and communicate efficiently to the teamDevelop, implement, and oversee clubhouse seasonal internship program and manager-in-training program for hospitality students interested in club management during or after graduation, with an average of 5 interns per seasonSupervise pool operation and swim team program, coordinating with pool contractors, and swim team coaches, chairs, and volunteers to provide a safe environment and exceptional service.Oversee Fitness Center employees and contractors including scheduling, reviewing contracts, and monitoring safety and securityCreate and manage budgets for youth programming, aquatics, and fitness
