Erin is a passionate and visionary games industry professional with over 15 years of experience in various roles and fields. She has a bachelors in theater from Northwestern University, has studied psychology and neuroscience at Columbia University and University College London, all which have influenced her creative approach and vision. She was the Chief Operating Officer for IndieCade, the International Festival of Independent Games, for 10 years, where she led the planning, execution, and growth of the festival and its programs, supporting hundreds of indie game developers and fostering a diverse and inclusive community. In 2021, she founded Taralumen Games, a studio devoted to making commercial video games with a mental health focus for all ages. She oversees the new business development, executive production, and creative strategy of the studio, aiming to create games that offer solutions, compassion, and hope to players facing mental health challenges.
