About Erin Romenesko
I graduated in May 2017 from UW-Oshkosh, earning my bachelors degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in business and a concentration in management. I am looking to continue my growth and development in plant management and eventually taking over my own business. I have over 12+ years of successful retail management and direct sales experience while overseeing a team of 15-40 associates. I also have experience in inside sales; I managed company accounts and consistently built strong customer rapport while suggestively selling product to fit their specific needs. My current role entails production management- planning, executing, and following through on results. I am in charge of all supply ordering, following all USDA health and safety guidelines, and maintaining an innovative and productive plant. My biggest passions are training, visual execution, relationship building, recruiting top talent, organizing production lists, increasing efficiencies, and leading a team to success.
