I serve as a senior HR executive at a Fortune 100 financial services company with 20+ years of broad human resources experience. I currently lead the Talent Management team responsible for extending our company’s caring culture, ensuring we have talent prepared for the future and making our company a great place to work. We develop culture and talent development strategies to ensure Nationwide is a place associates thrive and work together to deliver exceptional results – for our customers and our communities. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family at the lake or watching our kids on the sports field. I root for the Ohio State Buckeye and the Green Bay Packers. One of my personal passions is addressing domestic violence in our community. I proudly serve as a board member for LSS CHOICES for Victims of Domestic Violence.
