Oversee an approximately $30 million WVUS sponsorship portfolio of 6 countries in Latin America (previously, 5 countries in East and Southern Africa). • Ensure national office fiduciary compliance to the sponsorship promise and industry standards• Review and approve designs for multi-year program plans • Review and approve program start-up and transition decisions and the use of strategic sponsorship reserve funds• Operationalize WVUS’ multi-year sponsorship funding strategies and allocations within the portfolio • Partner with WVUS’ representation in 5 national office support teams to ensure portfolio support and investment discussions are in alignment with WVUS’ sponsorship program focus and funding strategy• Provide support to sponsorship revenue generation activities within the portfolio • Collaborate with appropriate teams in the WVUS International Programs Group to ensure consistent WVUS positioning and integrated support for optimum ministry impact• Conduct monitoring field visits to assist the field office and ensure communication and coordination with field colleagues
