About Erin Niehoff

I am highly motivated by work that strives to make the world a better place, whether that is through bringing people together to work on environmental challenges, managing free and fair elections, or ensuring the safety of our food supply system. I am organized and thoughtful with any work position or project I undertake. I continually seek to learn new things and challenge myself. Much of my recent professional development experience has been around diversity, equity, and inclusion. I am gaining a better sense of where I can make a difference in the inequities that persist across our society.

   I am a project manager for Dr. Bonnie Keeler\'s research and conduct quantitative and qualitative research on water and environmental policy using methods such as GIS mapping, statistical modeling, focus groups and interviews, literature review, and data visualization. I manage and supervise graduate research assistants. I work directly with communities from across the network to prepare reports, fact sheets, and policy memos, documenting challenges based on collected evidence and proposing recommendations.
