I\'m a passionate and driven leader with a diverse background, spanning agency operations, video and event production, communications, and project management. I am currently leading agency operations where I oversee all agency operations including project management, IT, client operations, contracts, business development, and anything else needed for a strong business and culture. I have a passion for solving problems, working smarter and developing people. Some core responsibilities are resourcing, contracts, process development and improvement, budgets, pricing, utilization, staffing, building and creating new offerings; all with a deep focus on our people-Responsible for establishing exceptional operational standards in each area of the business and runs smoothly for clients, vendors, and all employees-Partner with every leader in the agency to build relationships, acts as a trusted advisor to help build their teams-Increase overall agency utilization by increasing agency profitability, improving quality of work, focusing on talent development and increasing retention-Work alongside leadership on agency vision, evolution and growth and creating operational plans to ensure that each department’s operating policies & procedures are in alignment with the overall vision-See the big picture as it relates to the client business and Curiosity’s business and work with cross-functional team leaders to solve problems and ensure we meet client objectives-Help formalize agency offerings and operationalize new offerings – what is right for the client needs and market needs and how do we do it right -Partner and lead strategic staffing, ensuring we are prepared for growth, growing in the right way, helping with structure and bringing in the right talent-Support and champion cultivating our culture & employee engagement-Create and build new agency offerings (assess the need, opportunity, process, product, profitability, staffing, etc. and then roll it out)-Manage freelance, vendor and client contracts ensuring agency protection, profitability and quality
