Build and maintain story schedules and tracking tools in partnership with the Production Manager• Enforce storyboard milestones and align artist deadlines with production goals• Act as primary liaison for Story Artists—conduct check-ins, support time management, and guide artists through stages of storyboarding• Supervise the Story Coordinator, providing direction on task prioritization, workflow tracking, and status updates• Collaborate with Editorial to monitor deliveries and address changes or issues• Coordinate with the Art Department to provide approved assets and communicate design adjustments as needed• Lead story reviews with show leadership—craft agendas, run meetings, document feedback, and secure approvals• Identify scheduling/resource issues early, propose solutions, and deliver weekly status reports to the Production Manager
