As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist, I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate challenges, heal emotional wounds, and build stronger, more authentic connections. My practice focuses on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), hypnotherapy, and other evidence-based approaches to support personal growth and transformation.In my work, I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their inner worlds, process complex emotions, and develop tools for lasting change. Whether working with couples on communication and forgiveness, guiding individuals through trauma, or using hypnotherapy to shift core beliefs, I am committed to fostering clarity, self-acceptance, and resilience.Through in-person sessions at my Rye, NY office, walk-and-talk therapy in nature, and Telehealth options for New York residents, I meet clients where they are—both literally and figuratively. My goal is to empower clients to reflect, restore, and show up more authentically in their lives and relationships.
