The overall process of bringing dirt to a vertical structure and then ultimately being sold to a home-buyer has many moving parts. At First American Title, we have a separate department dedicated solely to “Homebuilder Services”, where our \"A Team\" of Title Officers, Escrow Officers, DRE Experts, and Underwriters have the knowledge and resources to get each transaction from A to Z with efficiency and first-rate service.
