   Partner with the Early Careers Programming & Operations Manager to plan and execute The Cigna Group\'s annual 10-week enterprise internship experience. Engagement opportunities include professional/personal development, networking opportunities, a leadership speaker series, volunteer events, and a 2-day in person orientation event. Work with the University Relations & Recruiting team to enhance and manage campus and recruiting related operations. Support includes CRM event management, ensuring all tools are working correctly, and facilitating the shipment of all collateral to and from events. Annual training support is provided and I act as liaison with the Recruiting Enablement Team to inform and collaborate on tools and resources. Provide annual and ad hoc hiring data metrics to assist recruiters with their strategy and plans. Data provided can include applicant funnels, inclusion efforts, and statistics related to school event attendance.
