Organized and structured the lateral clearance process and liaise with the Business Intake Committee and Professional Responsibility Committee to continually improve the conflict clearance and integration processes. Conduct full lateral conflict clearance, delegate searches, ensure deadlines are met, and present conflicts of laterals to the Executive Team. Conduct conflict and new business orientation to new laterals to ease the integration process. Review and negotiate engagement terms directly with clients and assisting with internal partners.
