ABOUT ERIN MCALEAR
Being involved with the construction of 16 projects in the Central Florida area, three of which are LEED Gold Certified and one of which is LEED Silver Certified, has been rewarding. I have had the privilege to be an influence in shaping my community. My focus is on client relationships, planning, building good teams, and the sustainability aspects of a building including it\'s systems and the impact the construction has on the surrounding community. My projects have ranged from office buildings, to schools (K-12 and higher education), to performing arts centers, to life sciences, to hospitals, to libraries, to semi-conductor cleanroom facilities, to interior buildouts, a courthouse, and infrastructure. I enjoy the challenges of the construction industry, the relationships you create, and the problem solving skills needed to successfully complete projects on time and under budget with a satisfied client.
