With over 20 years of experience in the chemical industry, I currently serve as Vice President of Global Planning & Inventory at Solenis, a leading global producer of specialty chemicals for water-intensive industries. I lead a global team dedicated to driving supply chain excellence in Global Trade, Quality, Planning, Training, Product Lifecycle Management, and Inventory —streamlining processes, reducing cost, strengthening S & OP, and achieving working capital goals—all while building resilient, high-performing teams.My expertise spans manufacturing process improvement, process engineering, and establishing global centers of excellence. I am passionate about delivering value by optimizing our manufacturing footprint, enhancing third-party partnerships, and implementing innovative solutions that elevate productivity and customer satisfaction.
