   NA/EU/Asia mobility and immigration program owner: The program supports 10 countries, approximately people with an estimated spend of $8M.• Drive the strategy and roadmap to ensure international assignments and transfers, immigration, in-country relocation, and tax policies are aligned with the business and talent strategies globally.• Responsible for program development and execution, as well as new vendor integration and ongoing management; policy development and optimization, developing stakeholder communications to drive change management, and identifying areas of redundancy and automation.• In 2023, identified/implemented cost savings of $2M for the US immigration program.• Simultaneously onboarded a new relocation and immigration vendor, driving the RFP and selection process, integration, and ongoing management of the new vendors into worldwide mobility program, including integration with existing WF systems (i.e, Workday, SNOW, Greenhouse), and day-to-day decision maker for process enhancements. • Identifying global projects and initiatives in order to support the broader GM & I program and team. Develop solution-oriented project plans with clearly defined deliverables and distribution of responsibilities to team members based on their capabilities and capacity.
