ABOUT ERIN LANGLEY

I am a highly skilled innovative Manager. I have worked in care home management for over ten years and have a strong passion for elderly care in addition to a keen interest in business. I understand the importance of both the quality of lives of the service users and also the profitability of the business. I am able to form strong links with social workers, placement services and hospital discharge departments in order to drive occupancy and am able to build on the reputation of the business in the community.I am enthusiastic about developing my skills and expanding my knowledge. I have a Level 3 Diploma is Heath and Social Care, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management - Health and Social Care, a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and am keen to commence my Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Management.I have a good working knowledge of the CQC and the KLOEs. I have exceptional management skills and experience in dealing with conflict. I am confident in leading teams, managing change and implementing new systems.
