ABOUT ERIN KONG
I’m a senior at NYU studying Music Business with minors in Data Science and Web Programming. I’m especially interested in how data, AI, and predictive tools can support strategic decisions in music. I enjoy the logic of data analytics and find it especially clever, finding ways to problem solve, uncover truth, and tell a story. Currently, I’m working on various personal projects, where I analyze data from open sources. In addition to this interest, I’ve also built full websites as a hobby using - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Some tools I excel at: Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), SQL, R, Tableau, Excel, Google Colab, and Jupyter Notebook. I enjoy fast-paced environments, learning by doing, and working with people who care about what they’re building.
