As the People Analytics Manager, I am responsible for supporting the Director of People Support & Data Solutions to design, define, and drive our internal workforce development roadmap. In this role, I develop and execute a work culture strategy in alignment with the Vice President of Total Rewards. Additionally, I use processes and polices across the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, development, performance management, and workforce planning. Another key priority is to oversee the Workforce People Analyst who is responsible for producing work volume and staffing forecast dashboards, as well as comparative data on results vs. forecasts, identifies opportunities for improvement and recommends solutions. I communicate a clear vision, mission, values, and strategic focus in inclusive, respect, trusting, and supportive culture. I work directly with the leadership team to build both internal and external relationships and develop data-driven workstreams which include but are not limited to talent management, systematic professional development, mentorship programs, community relationship roadmap, and be an advocate for customer-focused needs.
