Welcome to my LinkedIn profile, I’m Erin Johnston, I’m an intellectually fearless, multi-passionate, and skilled woman. I’m passionate in math, science, technology, engineering, economics, finance, fitness, wide mediums of art, and business. I’m often described as an analytical, smart, quick learning, friendly person with a keen sense for details, and talent for creativity and thinking outside of the box. Currently, I\'m attending Colorado Mesa University with less than three semesters away from graduating with my Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. I started working as soon as I turned 17 at Walmart in the garden center and have not wasted a day jobless since then. I have more than 10+ years in customer service/relationships, and cash management. What makes me a great asset to your team is my diverse skill sets from several years of experience and adversity in fast food, sales, hospitality, biology, life, and from what I’ve learned intending classes at CMU. What makes me a unique fit for your team is that I tend to be both left and right minded, both deeply analytical and deeply creative. I believe this allows me to problem solve quickly using data or facts and using my creativity to find multiple solutions. Also, I’m a responsible empathic person who knows how to communicate effectively, rationale with opposing opinions, and build strong friendly coworker relationships. I don’t value individualism, so often times you’ll see me helping my peers when they struggle and I’m also humble enough to accept help when it’s needed. I lead by example, I feel like when I stretch myself in any task I find myself in at work my peers tend to start doing the same. I feel like my own passion and work ethic can inspire people around me to also strive for greatness in themselves. Also, I want to work with people whom inspire me to work harder than myself and as hard as them. I love working with diversity and adversity as both can be a very enriching experiences.
