Developed automation tool within 6 months in the role which reduced claim filing time by 25%. • Complete overhaul of MI Claims space to create efficiencies and remove redundant tasks. • Business owner/lead for iClaims MI development from start to finish. o Created workflow for document collection, EDI, correspondence tracking, initial claim filing, receivables, supplemental claim filing and rebuttal claim filing. o Case types include MI, MS and MR. • Instrumental party to FNMA MI settlement of 132MM for 12MM completed in 2020. • Current responsibilities include claim filing for MI Initials, MI Supplementals, MI Rebuttals, USDA Initials, USDA Supplementals and USDA Future Recovery.
