With over 11 years of experience in student housing and multifamily, I’ve seen (and just about done) it all. My career in the apartment industry began as a part-time leasing agent, working out of a trailer on a rehab site. Since then, I’ve navigated on-site teams through some of the industry’s most notorious challenges — including brand-new lease-ups, delayed constructions, and of course, turn.As an Area Manager providing national support to one of the nation’s top student housing developers, I have an in-depth understanding of markets across the country, what makes them unique, and what it takes to get them leased-up.I’m also a former client of Social Kapture.In my time on the client-side, I witnessed firsthand how a strong social media strategy could impact leasing velocity and ROI while creating a competitive edge in tight markets.
