About Erin Horan

With over fifteen years of experience and a PhD in Educational Psychology, I have expertise in research, teaching, and project management across industry, higher education, and K-12 settings. With a strong foundation in pedagogy, faculty development, and learning environments, I am passionate about designing and implementing evidence-based projects and educational strategies that enhance student learning and meet institutional goals.Throughout my career, I have conducted research on learning, assessment, and educational validity while also teaching at both the university and K-12 levels. My experience spans instructional design, curriculum development, and the integration of learning technologies to improve engagement and outcomes.
