Commit customer orders, release work to production, subcontract manufacturing management, reusable container management, transfer order management, and testing for system upgrades. Engage and collaborate daily with customers service, operations, and sales. Analyze MRP, manage inventory, and plan to determine raw material purchase quantity and delivery date. Create purchase orders. Resolve all issues related to purchase orders. Ensure compliance with procedures. Receive confirmation information and update the system with delivery information, along with any quantity changes. Track all orders through delivery. Follow up on the reason for delayed or early deliveries. Follow up on rejections and non-conformances. Update raw material and order notes when needed. Analyze inventory levels using SAP and BI reports to minimize shortages and waste. Recommend and implement solutions to improve performance.(CDI, Service level, Vendor service levels, Waste). Provide leadership on special projects to adhere to and maintain existing programs and to increase the efficiency of the Planning department. Provided Leadership for the Green Team Projects so as to fulfill the global and regional expectations for the Site.
