ABOUT ERIN GORDON GRADY
As a founder and managing partner of Innovative Education Partners, I bring over 25 years of rich experience in educational consulting and college counseling. This experience, informed by developmental psychology and student advocacy, allows me to help students thrive by considering and integrating influences from their social, cultural, educational, and larger community contexts. Collaboration with families, teachers, coaches, counselors, and others significant to students\' lives obtains the best educational and personal outcomes. I provide individualized guidance on high school coursework, summer engagement, interest exploration, testing, building a college list, application preparation, essay writing, making the final decision, and transitioning to college. I also assist with NCAA eligibility requirements, educational codes, and bylaws. I work with students of diverse backgrounds, GPAs, tuition budgets, learning needs, and extracurricular interests to find colleges where they will flourish and be successful. I have a certificate in college admissions and career advising from UC Berkeley and a certification in advising college-bound athletes from The Student-Athlete Advisors. I have also worked in program development and evaluation, trained and mentored educators, and authored educational curricula, grants, academic publications, and presentations. I am passionate about sharing information and resources, ensuring students can access whatever is needed to explore, secure, and pursue their educational dreams.
