   I focus my family law practice on helping my clients through divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, property distribution, paternity, civil protection proceedings, prenuptial agreements and other matters involving family disputes.My goal is to help my clients reach thoughtful, comprehensive, and durable agreements to resolve their family law issues. When litigation is required, I am a strategic and effective advocate of my client\'s rights and interests. I am a skilled mediator and regularly serve in that capacity in family law matters, working with parties to facilitate their discussions and resolve all issues related to their separation or other family dispute in an informative and supportive forum. I serve as a collaborative attorney for clients who wish to take advantage of the out-of-court Collaborative Process to resolve their family disputes. The Collaborative Process allows clients to commit to resolving their matter out of court while having the support and guidance of their attorney by their side. I have been appointed by the Court to represent children as a Guardian ad Litem or Best Interest Attorney in complex custody cases.
