I’m a climate and conservation leader with 14+ years of experience designing and delivering high-impact programs that advance climate resilience, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable development across diverse global contexts. From the forests of Central Appalachia to the paramos and puna of the Andes, I’ve led initiatives that integrate nature-based solutions, equitable partnerships, and evidence-based policy into transformative environmental action.My career spans international development, climate finance, environmental safeguards, and ecosystem-based adaptation. I’ve served as a Program Director, Foreign Service Officer, and technical advisor—managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and collaborating with government agencies, multilateral institutions, civil society, and communities. My leadership style is inclusive and partnership-oriented, with a strong grounding in project management, cross-sector engagement, and results-based strategy.I’m especially passionate about bridging science, policy, and grassroots action to ensure that climate solutions are not only effective, but just and locally relevant. Whether building out carbon market programs for small forest owners, shaping strategy for global climate funds, or supporting women-led adaptation planning in mountain communities, I bring a deep commitment to community empowerment and systems thinking.I’m now seeking senior-level opportunities with organizations driving ambitious climate and conservation outcomes—particularly those advancing nature-based solutions, climate finance, and community-led development at scale.
