I am incredibly passionate about making sure each employee that walks through the doors of TTEC has an incredible, personal, and individualized on-boarding experience. Tracking them through our complex systems, ensuring they have the equipment, IDs/access and personalized support needed to be both systemically and emotionally prepared to reach their maximum potential during training and as they head into our production environments. I have a long history of creating, managing, and coaching large teams, with a strong background in process improvement and development. Case in point, I built 2 teams; ID Management and the On-boarding Guides from the ground up at TTEC. Teams TTEC didn’t even know they needed until they were ideas one from my own head and another that came from the needs of the Covid environment. And to date, these teams are my proudest professional accomplishment. I hope to continue to disrupt and reimagine on-boarding as the world sees it today so we can ensure each newly hired or transferred employee feels valued, included, and part of something bigger than themselves.
