With 18 years of experience in supply chain and a proven track record of leadership, I am passionate about driving operational excellence and optimizing the supply chain to be a strategic advantage. I have spent my career navigating complex challenges and utilizing my learnings to deliver solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiencies. I am most at home in fast-paced, ever-evolving settings where out-of-the-box thinking and continuous improvement are essential to success.Throughout my career journey, supply chain management has been a consistent thread, providing a foundation of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and adaptability. Leveraging these strengths, I\'ve also led teams and initiatives outside of the supply chain realm. From aligning technology and processes with business objectives as a Product Owner and a Business Process Owner for ERP implementation, to establishing an analytics team and building metrics from the ground up, to leading the Sales Support organization and seizing opportunities for automation and synergies, each experience has allowed me to drive innovation and efficiencies with far-reaching organizational impacts.As a leader, I am committed to cultivating an atmosphere of collaboration and empowerment, where every team member feels valued and inspired to utilize their unique skills and perspectives to contribute to our shared success.
