   Reports to COO• Responsible for operational performance for 12 primary care offices and a centralized call center, supporting 32 medical and behavioral health providers and all frontline clinical and administrative staff.• Responsible for maintaining FQHC regulations and standards• Managed and developed departmental budgets, met or exceeded budget in 95% of practices• Designed and implement accountability tools and dashboards using EMR-based performance metrics, saw overall improvement in collections and rescheduling of lapsed patients. • Developed standardized procurement procedures, resulting in reduced supply costs and improved purchasing consistency across all sites with use of the supermarket system. • Accountable for improving primary care encounter rates by more than in a year, improving the average days to close charts from 6 to 4 days and average clinic cycle times reduced from 77 minutes to 61 minutes to drive access and patient experience.• Developed management pipeline, supporting leadership growth, of the 16 participants 9 have been promoted while strengthening company culture across the region. • Responsible for restructure of regional call center to cooperate call center. Developed the IVR and mapping for Prim and Digium system. Reduced average wait times from 3.8 minutes to 31 seconds and reduced the abandoned rate by more than 40% within the first two years.
