ABOUT ERIN EVANS
I am a seasoned Human Resources Professional with over 17 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. I spent years leading HR for a private in-home care agency before joining the City of Fresno, where I served in various HR roles, most recently as Personnel Manager for the Fresno Animal Center before accepting the Associate Director of HR role with California Teaching Fellows. I played a key role in establishing two new City departments, hiring more than 80 employees in just three months, and developing policies, safety programs, and training initiatives. I am passionate about community service and employee engagement, and I am committed to fostering positive and productive workplaces. Outside of work, I am a proud mom of 3, an animal lover who fosters many animals, and an active volunteer with my local high school football booster club. I enjoy traveling, reading, and trying out new recipes.
