ABOUT ERIN EICHLER
While attending Miami University’s Farmer School of Business I was initially exploring a major in Marketing and General Business. During my sophomore year I changed my major to Human Capital Management and Leadership. Following this change, I knew I was on the right career path for me and began looking for opportunities to utilize my knowledge in the field.During the summer of 2018, I was fortunate to obtain a Human Resources internship with Bravo Wellness where I was able to have real-world experience and gain foundational Human Resources knowledge and skills. The focus of my internship was in Talent Acquisition where I continued to develop my skillset in the world of recruiting.Following my graduation from Miami, I joined Stanley Steemer as an Employment Specialist on the Talent Acquisition team. During my time at Stanley Steemer I was responsible for full cycle recruiting for various positions nationwide. Through almost two years of experience with working with vendors, sourcing candidates, and supporting hiring managers I bolstered my love of relationship building and found purpose in helping to provide new opportunities for job seekers. In 2021 I relocated back to Cleveland, OH which began my job search for a company whose values of collaboration, integrity, and achievement aligned with my own and a place that could provide an avenue for career development. In June of 2021 I joined Dealer Tire as a Talent Sourcing Specialist. As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, I support the Talent Acquisition Specialists with expanding the outreach to potential job seekers, form connections with candidates, and discuss the many things that make Dealer Tire a remarkable organization.
