I’m a seasoned professional with a career spanning Supply Chain realms encompassing Consulting, Purchasing, Sourcing, and Lean Manufacturing. My expertise lies in steering high-performing teams, managing budgets, and cultivating seamless communication across diverse stakeholders.Throughout my career, I\'ve consistently excelled in managing both indirect and direct categories, optimizing supplier relationships and leading teams responsible for spend portfolios.Currently serving as the Vice President of Global Sourcing at Oatey Company, I lead both Direct and Indirect Sourcing Teams, driving initiatives and commodity strategies that yield annual hard savings and index driven pricing models. Additionally, I actively contribute to Oatey’s Women’s Resource Network and Sustainability Team.My past roles encompass directing various tiers of sourcing management at firms like Deloitte Consulting LLP, Cleveland Cliffs, and Republic Steel, consistently achieving significant savings through strategic sourcing initiatives.I hold an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of Mount Union and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, grounding my decision-making in a holistic approach towards efficient management.I was honored to be recognized with the ‘5 under 35 Award’ at Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management in 2023.I am committed to fostering humanistic management principles, aiming not just to lead but also to empower teams towards creating an environment conducive to growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.
