   Presidential Innovation Fellow working at General Services Administration (GSA), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Veterans Administration (VA).CDC: Worked on Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, and data analysis for reportability and surveillance of disease using AWS, SQL databases, Azure, and Palantir. eICR, HL7, FHIR data standardsVA: I developed a proof of concept (PoC) using generative AI with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to automatically analyze medical situations and assign veterans\' disability ratings. The PoC used a RAG model populated with VA policy documents (M-21 and eCFR) to ensure compliance with rating guidelines. Using example medical situations, the PoC produced: 100% accuracy on diagnostic code, 88% accuracy on ratings with dates– differences were due to the start dates of rating, ratings percentages were accurate 81.48% adjusted success rate of results, when considering semantic similarity scores (≥0.90), indicating high alignment in intent and outcome.GSA: Analyzed USA.gov survey data, OMB metrics using Medallia, Google Scripts, Visual Studio Code.
