I pride myself as being an authentic leader with experience in business transformation, strategy development and flawless execution across my career. With holistic expertise across R&D, supply chain, and commercial within the areas of therapeutic area operations, project and program management, and business transformation, I have built collaborative key partnerships, design new business models, and fuel strategy execution for industry-leading pharmaceutical organizations. Currently, I serve as director of strategic programs for J&J’s oncology hematology and car-T for our broad sales and marketing organization. In my previous R&D experience, I managed immunology PMO therapeutic area operations, leading workflows, strategic planning, and KPIs for J&J’s broad immunology drug development portfolio. With a track record of thought leadership, operational acumen, cross-functional relationship management, and team leadership during my career at Johnson & Johnson, I have advanced through progressive and diverse roles at the organization, leading trial supply management, process improvement, clinical trial L&D, and therapeutic area strategy & operations. I serve as a Strategy & Operations Lead on J&J\'s Women\'s Leadership & Inclusion ERG global governance board. Outside of work, I volunteer my time as co-chair of the Girls on the Run SEPA 5K, Whitemarsh Elementary School PTO secretary and as the Associate Director of Programming at the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA)- Suburban Delaware Valley Chapter.I hold an MS and BS in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University.
