I\'m getting close to petitioning Webster to redefine the meaning of “peopling” in the dictionary. To me, “peopling” means to serve, engage, and develop a team with intention, empathy, and a specific goal in mind. It means embracing the merits of difficult situations and conversations. It means helping others grow personally and professionally. It means getting things done by activating the most powerful assets a company has—it’s people. As a former (recovering) entrepreneur myself, I understand the dynamics between vision and execution—and I have quickly carved a niche for myself as someone who can connect the right dots as well as the right people. I love helping my team tap into their passions to bring big goals to life—it serves as a constant reminder what humans can do when we work together. Results-focused supportive professional with strength in team building and morale, Operations Management, and Talent Acquisition. Proactive leader with strengths in communication and collaboration. Proficient in leveraging honorable business practices and trends of business knowledge to promote camaraderie and clientele growth. Committed to quality, productivity and organization.
