I’m an award-winning strategist, speaker, and inclusion expert with over 20 years of experience helping organizations evolve their cultures, develop bold leaders, and embed equity into their business strategy and governance. As the Founder and Lead Inclusion Strategist of Erin Davis Co, I work alongside executive teams, boards, and changemakers who understand that diversity isn’t just a value—it’s a strategic imperative.My work spans sectors including energy, engineering, healthcare, education, and public policy. I design equity frameworks, facilitate inclusive governance, and guide leadership teams through resistance and change. I’m especially known for bridging vision and practicality—bringing systems thinking, emotional intelligence, and relational care to every engagement.Through signature frameworks like the HEART Model, the Inclusion Continuum, and workshops such as Creating a More Inclusive World, I’ve supported thousands of leaders across Canada in turning dialogue into meaningful action.I\'m also the host of Unapologetic with Erin Davis, a podcast where I dive into conversations about leadership, belonging, and the messy, necessary work of inclusion—with changemakers and everyday leaders who are doing the work.Currently, I serve as Chair of the Governance and HR Committee at Explore Edmonton, a Director on the Board of the Pride Centre of Edmonton, and an appointed board member for BPW Edmonton, where I continue to advocate for equity, inclusion, and gender justice.Internationally, I’ve represented Canada at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women in both 2024 and 2025, contributing to global dialogue on gender equity, inclusive leadership, and the future of work.I’m based in Edmonton on Treaty 6 Territory, Region 4 of the Métis Nation of Alberta, where I’m raising two kids with my husband and building a life that reflects the same care, curiosity, and courage I bring to my work.
