ABOUT ERIN CLEMENTS
I have been in the Senior Living Industry for the last 6 years and recently joined Hospice of the South Coast as a community liaison. I’ve always wanted to work in hospice and i am so grateful for this opportunity to work directly with referral partners, families, and patients. I earned my B.A. in Psychology from California State University San Marcos in 2020. I had an internship with Alzheimers San Diego, volunteered with San Marcos Girl Scouts, and do volunteer Chair Yoga at senior living communities. I have furthered my education by completing my Certificate in Music Therapy and Sound Healing for end of life. I am also a certified Chair Yoga Instructor as of 2021. I enjoy spending time helping my community, exploring all San Diego has to offer, visiting local farmers markets, and practicing yoga.
