As Senior Project Manager, I lead and support a wide range of initiatives within the Information Systems Team and across the agency. My role centers on driving project execution, streamlining processes, and fostering strategic collaboration. I work closely with internal team members and cross-functional partners to ensure projects move forward efficiently—removing roadblocks so others can focus on delivering their best work.A key part of my day-to-day involves tracking action items, following up on next steps, and maintaining project momentum. I also champion interdepartmental collaboration, which allows me to connect with diverse teams and gain deeper insight into how our agency delivers unconditional care to the community.Additionally, I serve as our agency’s lead advocate for Monday.com, our project management platform. I introduce new users to the tool, provide tailored onboarding, and help teams build customized workspaces that enhance visibility, accountability, and productivity.
